Terms of Service

EventPhotoVideoSF is a booking marketplace operated by Bayhaus Creative in San Francisco. We connect you with independent photo and video professionals and handle editing and delivery.

When you book, we place a deposit hold on your card. The hold is charged only when a professional confirms your shoot, within 24 hours. If nobody confirms in that window, the hold is released and you owe nothing. The balance is charged after you approve your delivered gallery or cut. All payments run through Stripe.

Each professional is an independent business that sets its own rate, uses its own equipment, and may accept or decline any job. Our platform fee is added to your total and shown at checkout. It covers studio editing, an insured professional, and the replacement guarantee.

You own the final photos and video we deliver for your booked use. We may show a small selection of event work as portfolio samples unless you ask us in writing not to.

Our total responsibility for any booking is capped at the amount you paid for that booking. We are glad to make things right within the guarantee below.
